We pay out commission fees after 30 days, on the first business day of the month, through PayPal. A minimum of $10 is required for payout.
No! You can sign up for the affiliate program without being a customer. That said, we recommend being a customer so you can speak from experience and give better recommendations.

Affiliate Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the OtterWise affiliate program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
- No self-referrals.
- No infringing on our intellectual property, or anyone else's, including publicity, privacy, or other rights.
- Do not purchase ads or advertising that use your affiliate URL or link to a page on your site promoting our affiliate program.
- All referring links must be verifiable/traceable (pretty links are permitted).
- No coupon, deal, loyalty, cash-back, rewards, or virtual mall websites.
- No cookie stuffing or alterations.
- Do not purchase domains/URLs containing "OtterWise" to use as a forwarder to your affiliate URL.
- Do not include our affiliate links or program in any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, harmful to minors, or that contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit materials.
- No violations of any laws, rules, or regulations.
- No adware, spyware, loyalty-ware, or similar software.
Paid Search Policy: Affiliates MAY NOT bid on the company name, product name, or misspelled keywords ("OtterWise") for PPC purposes on search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, etc.).
When linking to our website and your affiliate link
- The use of any of our company or product terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited (e.g., otterwise.website.com or www.otterwise-discount.com).
- You may not engage in cookie stuffing or include pop-ups, false, or misleading links on your website. Additionally, you must not attempt to mask the referring URL information (i.e., the page from which the click originates) wherever possible. All referring links must be verifiable/traceable (pretty links permitted).
- Using redirects to make it appear that a click originated from a domain when it did not is prohibited.
- You may not purchase ads to promote our affiliate program or your affiliate ID/URL.
- The use of any of our terms ("OtterWise") as part of your social handle is strictly prohibited (e.g., x.com/OtterWise).
- Your website must not copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our website or brand in any way. You must not use any methods to create the impression that your website is our website or any part of it, including, but not limited to, framing our website in any manner.
If you plan to promote our affiliate program through email campaigns or newsletters, you must adhere to the following:
- You must abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187) concerning our affiliate program.
- Emails must be sent on your behalf and should not imply that they are being sent on behalf of OtterWise.
We reserve the right to reverse affiliate payouts in cases of order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, delinquent payments, and any program violations outlined in these terms and conditions.
